A friend is one who is always there,
No matter when or where.
To encourage and to comfort you,
No matter what you do.
To share their concern and love,
And give you an occasional hug.
One who listens to your groan and moan,
Even if we talk for hours on the phone.
Who knows all about you, and your pain,
But they are there, and loves you just the same.
It is vary rare to have true friends,
But when you do care for them until the end.
They are as precious as a beautiful rose,
And their kindness and love really shows.
So now this poem has come to an end,
But I'm so glad I have lots of friends.
