Saint Francis names training and development director

Saint Francis Medical Center has named Steve Firmand the director of training and development. Firmand will be responsible for managing enterprise learning and developing new projects and strategies for more than 2,400 Saint Francis employees. Firmand has worked in training and development in the academic, pharmaceutical and technology industries. He has also worked with other clients as a performance consultant in the United States and abroad.
