PERSONNEL: TALLEY NAMED MENTOR PROGRAM MANAGER

Ellen Talley of Cape Girardeau has been named program manager of the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Missouri, 1028 in. Kingshighway, Suite A3 in Cape Girardeau.

Talley, a recent graduate of Southeast Missouri State University, with a bachelor of science degree in mass communications/public relations, interned for the agency during the fall semester.

Alison Staggs is executive director of the organization.
