NEW ON THE BUSINESS SCENE: RESTAURANTS CLOSE, OTHERS WILL OPEN

At least two new restaurants, possibly a third, are making plans to enter the Cape Girardeau market. Locations for the new eating places range from downtown Cape Girardeau to Kingshighway to near Interstate 55. More later.
