NEW BUSINESS ON THE STREET: NEW DAY CARE CENTER

"Watch Me Grow Day Care Center" has opened near Fruitland.

The center at 10719 state Highway W, is across from North Elementary Grade School, said Susan Selsor, owner of the facility.

Hours are 6 a.m. to 7 p.m.. Monday through Friday.

Selsor of Fruitland previously worked in educational services at Southeast Missouri Hospital.

Stephanie Ellinger of Scott City, who has a degree in early childhood development, is director of the center, which features both indoor and outdoor facilities.
