Commercial property is available on either side in the 300 block of Broadview for retail, restaurants and office buildings, said Bob Price of ERA Cape Realty, which is marketing the property for DKR Properties, LLC.

"We'll sell or lease," said Price. "We'll build to suit a client's needs."

Property available ranges from Cape Center Drive to Bloomfield on the east side of Broadview, and from Hartford's Apparel to K's Merchandise on the west side.
