Foutz's Fishing Shop has opened in Cape Girardeau. The new business at 59 Plaza Way offers a full line of bait and tackle, including rods and reels. Store hours are 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 6 to 9 a.m. Sunday.
Foutz, who moved to the area from Columbia, has a number of years experience working in bait and tackle shops.
