Carpet Clearinghouse has opened at 226 S. High in Jackson. The business, which provides and installs carpeting, vinyl flooring and ceramic tile, is owned by Joel Philipps. The new business is open Monday through Saturday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
