Brenda Lair and Viola Lair are owners of the new restaurant.
Brenda Lair had operated the Hickory Hills Barbecue Restaurant in Chaffee from 1972 to 1983.
The restaurant is open from 10 a.m. to about 9 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday.
