Discovery Playhouse Open House

Discovery Playhouse opens the doors for a sneak peak Saturday, March 20, 2010.

LAURA SIMON~lsimon@semissourian.com Adults tour Discovery Playhouse at 502 Broadway in Cape Girardeau Saturday, March 20, 2010 during the open house "fundraiser". The childrens museum features a banking area, with a working ATM, a grocery store, a fire engine from the 1950's, learning center, activity space, and soon-to-come with a recent donation, a waterplay area. Visitors to the "fundraiser" got to sip on root beer floats and munch on cookies at their leisure.
