Counseling office set for grand opening
The grand opening of Counseling to Change counseling services scheduled for Thursday, July 25.
The grand opening of Counseling to Change licensed professional counseling office will be marked with a ribbon-cutting at noon Thursday, July 25, at 19 S. Pacific St. in Cape Girardeau. Light appetizers, punch and cake will be available.
