Conference on human resources scheduled

The Cape Area Personnel Association will hold its annual spring conference April 11 at the Cape Career and Technology Center. CAPA is an association of people with work-related interests in human resources and management. The conference, titled "Pulling it all Together: HR's Puzzling Policies," will be a comprehensive one-day conference that delivers supervisory fundamentals.
