  • Ocean Andrew of Jelm, Wyoming, who submitted an application to operate a mobile meal preparation business called On The Hook Fish and Chips LLC, serving Alaskan cod fish and chip meals. The business, which also operates in several other Missouri communities, is expected to be operational this week, according to the application.
  • Matthew Stuchlik of Cape Girardeau, who recently purchased Riverview Room, 132 N. Main St., from Dr. Sonjay Fonn. According to the license application, Stuchlik expects the venue to be available for hosting various events by July 2.
  • Jose Parker of Cape Girardeau, who plans to open Jose's Beauty Salon at 106 S. Broadview St., Suite 102, by early July.
