Cape Girardeau commercial building permits, week of Sept. 6

The City of Cape Girardeau's development services office issued a pair of commercial building permits last week:

• Williams Brothers Contracting LLC for remodeling work at Hempies, 115 N. Main St., at an estimated construction cost of $125,000.
• Bill Holst for construction work at Belle Ever After, 407 Broadway, which has an estimated $10,000 construction cost, according to the permit.
