Cape Girardeau Area Chamber of Commerce will host a series of ribbon-cuttings throughout the week.

  • At 4 p.m. Tuesday, May 7, they will celebrate the opening of the Victoria’s Creamery ice cream shop at 137 N. Main St. in Cape Girardeau.
  • At 3 p.m. Thursday, May 9, a ribbon-cutting will be held to honor the new building location of SERVPRO of Cape Girardeau and Scott Counties at 451 Cane Creek Road in Jackson. This will be held in conjunction with the Jackson Area Chamber of Commerce.
  • There will also be a ribbon-cutting at 4 p.m. Friday, May 10, celebrating the grand re-opening of the Cape Aquatic Center at 1920 Whitener St.
