Cape Girardeau business licenses

The City of Cape Girardeau's Community Development Department has received three applications for business licenses:

• Kevin Travis Keller and Keri Lynn Keller of Oak Ridge for Good Time Daiquiris, 2136 William St., Suite 125. Business was to have opened Saturday.
• Jerry DeLos Reyes of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, for Sauced N' Loaded, a mobile unit featuring chicken sandwiches and sides.
• Todd and Georgia Lowman of Cape Girardeau for Water + William Olive Oil LLC, 105 William St., in the River & Rails building.
