Business license applications have been received by the City of Cape Girardeau's community development office:

• Anthony M. Clark of O'Fallon, Missouri, to open Valvoline Express Quick Lube, 101-A N. Kingshighway, on April 1.
• Pedro M. Moresco of Jackson has opened Bone Apple Teeth Cafe, 6409 County Road 439.
• Darryl A. LeGrand of Cape Girardeau has opened D.L. Transmissions, 783 S. Kingshighway.
• Elizabeth M. Stone of Scott City has opened Etched in Stone Photography by Lizzy Myers Stone, 1221 Kingsway Drive, Suite 2.
• Brynna G. Downing of Sikeston, Missouri, has opened Studio Reign, a hair salon, at 605 Broadway, Suite 203.
• John Michael Thurman of Cape Girardeau, to open A Painted Bird, a tattoo parlor, at 210 N. Frederick St., on Tuesday.
• Rent-A-Center, 2106 William St., Suite 250, opened Friday.
