Raymond Moore of Oak Ridge has retired from the Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT).

Moore, who most recently served as a maintenance specialist in MoDOT's Jackson area, had more than 39 years of service with MoDOT, working with the signing and striping crews from the Sikeston area.

Moore's plans for retirement include trout fishing, turkey hunting, raising cattle and spending more time with is wife, Remynda, and family, which includes four children and six grandchildren.
