BUSINESS PERSONNEL: NAMED TO STATE COMMITTEE

J. Fred Waltz of Oliver, Oliver & Waltz law firm in Cape Girardeau has been appointed to the Missouri Bar's Fee Dispute Resolution Committee. Waltz was appointed by the Board of Governors of the Missouri Bar. During his four-year term, he will serve in a group of lawyers and other professionals that investigates complaints by clients who feel they have been charged unfairly by an attorney.
