BUSINESS PERSONNEL: EMPLOYEE OF YEAR

Fayetta Garland, clerk typist II, has been recognized as "Employee of The Year 2000" at Cottonwood Residential Treatment Center.

Martha Cassel, administrator at the center, announced the award during the center's annual employee relations day.

Garland joined Cottonwood in 1997.

Cottonwood on the campus of Southeast Missouri State University is a mental health department facility that provides residential treatment to children ages 6 through 17 who have emotional and behavioral problems.
