Businessmen Sherm Smith and Bruce Miller, both of Dexter, and Bob Hufford, of Fredericktown and owner of the Town & Country supermarket chain, purchased the building recently. The structure is in the Willis Conner Industrial Park.

The new owners are hopeful that one of two companies that have expressed an interest in the Dexter area might settle in the building.
