The Southeast Missouri Regional Port Authority, along the Mississippi River between Cape Girardeau and Scott City, will hold its 25th anniversary celebration May 16. The Corps of Engineers' towboat, "M.V. Pathfinder," will be at the port to provide a river tour at 2 p.m. A plaque presentation will be made at 4 o'clock, and a fish fry dinner will be provided at 4:30 .
