BUSINESS MEMO: OFFICIALS GATHER FEB. 16

State and community officials and community leaders will meet at the sixth annual Bootheel Regional Planning and Economic Development Commission's Elected Officials Conference Feb. 16 at New Madrid.

The 1:30 p.m. meeting will be held at Becky Sharp's Restaurant, with registration to start at 1 p.m.

State officials will discuss legislative issues pertaining to the Bootheel region. Community officials will provide an update on projects and issues concerning cities and counties in the Bootheel.
