BUSINESS MEMO: NEW HEADQUARTERS, NAME

Orscheln Farm & Home Supply has changed its corporate structure to a limited liability company and along with that change is a new legal name -- Orscheln Farm and Home L.L.C.

The new name will appear on letterheads, checks and other correspondence, but the stores will continue to operate under the name, Orscheln Farm & Home Supply Inc.

Orscheln has also moved to a new corporate headquarters, at 101 W. Caotes, Moberly, Mo., 65270.
