The new Cajun-style restaurant will feature New Orleans flair, complete with jazz music, unique cuisine and plenty of beads. Mardi Gras, owned by Zeffelin Wrice, will offer Cajun favorites such as crawfish etoufee and jambalaya. It will also provide a menu with steak, and mojos.

Mardi Gras is the second restaurant for Wrice's company, Orlando & Co., L.L.C. Wrice also owns Bob's Fish House, located on North Kingshighway.
