Rick Fehr, medical center security coordinator, accepted the certificate of appreciation, which was awarded by the National Committee for Employee Support of the National Guard and Reserve.
Jim Roche, a drill sergeant with the 2nd Battalion, 334th Regiment, 84th Infantry Division presented the recognition certificate.
