BUSINESS MEMO: 'MAIN STREET' HONORS

Paducah Main Street Inc. has earned recognition for excellence in the field of downtown revitalization.

The Paducah program is one of 225 that received national recognition for meeting the standards for performance established by the Kentucky Main Street Program and the National Trust for Historic Preservation's Main Street Center.

The Paducah program has broad public support, historic preservation status, an active board of directors, adequate funding and a paid professional manager.
