The Memphis District portion of the inspection trip includes a 1:30 p.m. today stop at City Front, New Madrid and an 8:30 a.m. Aug. 31 stop at City Front, Memphis.

Each meeting will be open to the pubic and will include a presentation by Maj. Gen. Phillip Anderson, commander of the Mississippi Valley Division and president of the commission.
