- Mapp LLC for construction of a Finish Line Carwash at 215 S. Kingshighway, a site formerly occupied by a Pizza Hut restaurant, at an estimated construction cost of $1,174,000.
- Artisan Contracting LLC for construction of a new Ameren Missouri truck shelter at 45 S. Minnesota Avenue at an estimated cost of $578,000.
- Robinson Construction Co. to build SoutheastHEALTH's new outpatient facility at 650 S. Mt. Auburn Road with an estimated construction cost of $22 million.
