- Dave McCain Construction LLC for an interior remodeling project at the law offices of Layton & Southard, 2845 Professional Court, at an estimated cost of $200,000.
- Le Lounge by Bon Bon's of Cape Girardeau for second floor renovation work at 125 N. Water St., Suite 201, at an estimated cost of $25,000.
