Board of Realtors presents awards

Forty-three agents were recently honored by the Cape Girardeau County Board of Realtors for closed sales, listings or leases totaling $1.888 million in 2008. Martha Hamilton of Prudential Bridgeport Realtors was the leading residential specialist with sales of $9 million and Tom Kelsey of Lorimont Place Ltd. was the leading commercial specialist with sales and leases totaling $20 million.

Other who received awards included:

• Michelle McDowell, who was awarded rookie of the year
• Martha Hamilton, Jeff Martin, Jane Clark, Bobby Gray, Terri Penrod, Ross Austin and Susan Cole, who were given the Pinnacle Assisted award
• Elizabeth Lockhart, who won the Pinnacle Assisted award for sides
• Bob Cissell, Liz Abernathy, Tom Kelsey, Paul Kitchen and Tracey Hogan, who won the Pinnacle Unassisted award
• Ricki Ing, Debbie Joplin, Sharon Gill, Sandy Helwege, Beth McFerron, Patty Main, Donna Meyer, Tim Singleton, Linda Essner, Jan McClanahan, Linda Brewer, Raelenna Ferguson, Joan Roth, Sheila King, Debbie Jennings, Adrian Poe, Michelle Doughten, James E. Cox, Janet Hill-Barnhart, Melinda A. Dodd, Donna McDonald, Kathi Lee Fish, LaDonna Dalton, Jennifer L. Janet, Wendy Marberry, Michelle Stull and Lisa Friese for Summit Awards.
