Dunklin County downs Scott County in district game

The Scott County American Legion baseball team dropped its District 14 game at Dunklin County on Tuesday, but rallied to win the nightcap.

Kody Campbell took the loss in the first game, a 7-3 setback. He went 2-for-4 with a run batted in at the plate.

Shae Simmons went 2-for-4, while Blake Dirnberger went 2-for-3 with two RBIs in the loss.

Scott County (4-2-1) won the second game 7-3. Josh Henson earned the win, while Levi Felter went 4-for-4 with three RBIs.
