Community CPR

The heart saver class is directed toward community members. It includes training in adult, infant and child CPR and the AED (automatic external defibrillator). The class is appropriate for anyone interested in being able to perform CPR. Two-year certification. Fee: $25. Pre-registration required.

Cape Girardeau County residents, age 60 and older, are invited to cholesterol and glucose health screenings paid for by a Cape Girardeau County County Senior Citizens Fund board grant. A 10-hour fast is required for accurate results. For more information, call 332-1587.
