Dear Editor: We at Trail of Tears State Park would like to take this opportunity to thank all of the media in the area for their outstanding coverage of our 35th anniversary and the 75th anniversary of the state park system. We were particularly delighted with the Missourian's multiple feature stories and the favorable editorial afforded to us and the rest of the state park system. ...

We at Trail of Tears State Park would like to take this opportunity to thank all of the media in the area for their outstanding coverage of our 35th anniversary and the 75th anniversary of the state park system.
We were particularly delighted with the Missourian's multiple feature stories and the favorable editorial afforded to us and the rest of the state park system. We feel that the state park system provides an important service to the people, and it is nice to be recognized for that.
Once again, thanks for the overwhelming positive response from all of the local media.
