The 50% tax-on-money solution

To the editor:To rid the many ills in this country, we need a 50 percent tax on money leaving the country. 1. $100,000 sent to terrorist organizations by individuals would be worth $50,000. 2. The $13 billion sent to Mexico by individuals would be worth $6.5 billion. 3. Money invested overseas would cause people to invest in the United States. 4. Money sent to China for goods to be sold in stores here would cost 50 percent more. Let's keep our money and jobs in America.
