Not a war

I DON'T think Reagan declared war on Panama, a stated in a Speak Out comment. I thought President Bush sent troops down to Panama. Also, the caller said Bush sent armed forces to the Falkland Islands. I thought that war happened in the early 1980s under the Reagan presidency. Moreover, I'm not aware of us sending any armed forces into that conflict. I thought that England pretty much fought that war on it's own. We provided tactical advice and gave them a little satellite support from our satellites.
