Travelers to and from downtown Cape via Broadway you say, "...might have to take a slightly different route." Really? Slightly? I have to drive to St. Louis, leave my car there and take a riverboat back to Cape, where they're kind enough to let me off so that I can hoof it home.
Thank you to the man in the black vehicle that paid for my wife's and my breakfast on Aug. 23 at McDonald's on Broadway. We were having a bad morning until then. Thank you again for making a couple feel much better.
I am 59 years old and have never seen such a sad presidential contest. We have one person that doesn't have the temperament or global experience needed and another person that wouldn't know the truth if it bit her head off. And the reasoning that people are using to vote for a candidate is they can't stand the other candidate or they are voting for a certain candidate because of their gender. A pathetic criteria to use for a presidential race.
There is one thing for certain ... the sale of clothespins will skyrocket as you will need one to vote for either one!
