Texting, DWI

Yes, I think texting while driving and talking on the telephone while driving ought to have the same implications of the criminal code as the DWI.

Train comment

Yes, I just read the Speak Out about the train tracks in Jackson. Why isn't something done? Why doesn't somebody lay down the law to MoDOT or the train people that own it and fix it? Fix it smooth, so you don't feel like you're jarring your teeth out. Aggravating.
