Wake up America! If you want to get rich quickly, just get hurt in a State or government building, then just sue the state. Someone has to pay them. Taxpayers or people that pay insurance premiums.
Now that their Russia collusion lie has been proven false, Democrats now care about the President's 30-year-old tax returns. The rest of us care about 3.6% unemployment, 3.2% growth, 260,000 new jobs added in April, criminal justice reform, an expanded Veteran Choice Program, and a real draw down of deployed combat troops.
Democrats can grandstand all they want, but they openly acknowledge that they have refused to read the version of Mueller's report with fewer redactions that has been provided to Congress. Democrats are relying on their sheep and their CNN sheepherders to avoid this inconvenient truth.
The comment about student debt for Harvard and Ivy League schools underestimates the vast majority of students who go to not-so affordable state universities plus those people scammed by for-profit schools now out of business (like Trump University). Four years at SEMO is $80,000-plus and people going into debt for that amount will be paying off school loans throughout their working lives if they don't pay attention.
A huge old tree was knocked down by a storm in December of last year west of the entrance to Stonebridge on Bloomfield Road west of I-55. It is still laying on the ground!
The Trump Administration and Mitch McConnell can claim case closed all they want, but they are hiding the Mueller Report from the American public for a reason. There is no smoke without fire and Donald Trump is lying about his tax returns, the illegal help to his campaign and his illicit business dealings. Congress should stand up and do its job.
We attended the Broadway performance of Rent at SEMO. The play was packed, and there were at least two tour buses in the parking lot. First SEMO said they were canceling the series to give students more opportunity. Then they said it was about money. Surely they could have done something to help recoup costs. I'm surprised the local Arts Council and Chamber of Commerce isn't doing something to help showcase Cape.
According to Attorney General Barr, if a President thinks he has been falsely accused, he can terminate an investigation of himself. By that standard, shouldn't all Americans be able to do that with say, the police or the IRS?
