There's something going on with this cattle rancher out in Nevada that I don't understand. It seems as though Democrat politicians think that they own federal land, and they want to set some solar farm to make electricity out in Nevada. They want to use public land as an environmental mitigation, but they don't own that public land. The public does. So how does all that work out? It's time for this newspaper to figure it out.
