If he keeps progressing like this the day will come when we'll say, "Move over Larry Bird and Magic Johnson and make room for Otto Porter Jr."
I'm confused. Did the country just elect a president? Someone needs to tell him that the campaign is over. He needs to stay in Washington and work. His job is Commander in Chief, not Traveler in Chief. But then when you think about it, he has no plans of his own to share, only to ridicule others' plans. So I guess it does make sense for him to be on the road all the time.
Our school board reminds me of a parent that wants to be the child's best friend. You can't. You either have to be a parent and do what is best for your child, or be a friend and do whatever makes them happy, which may not be good for them in the long run. Stand up and roll out uniforms to our students, starting in the lower grades, and work your way up. It takes a while but it is easier to ease in with uniform purchases for the parents' clothing budgets.
Background check your soccer coaches. Who is coaching your kid's soccer team? Are they safe? Do they have any convictions? Is there anything on Missouri Casenet? Are they a threat to your children? You'd be surprised at what you find out. We were.
This is in regard to the comment made about Obama playing too much golf with Tiger Woods and not spending enough time trying to work with the Republicans. It's hard to do when they've all been on recess for two weeks and even when they show up they don't do anything.
I was thinking, we need the people of Cape Girardeau to do something to where the city votes on what the casino money is spent on.
This is about speeding in Cape Girardeau. The police need to hire more officers, and they can pay their salaries by the amount of tickets of people who run red lights. It doesn't matter what street it's on, someone will run through a red light, sometimes as many as four people. Speed limits don't mean anything on Highway 74. It's like a racetrack and no one's around to stop it.
The working person might not need the help of Medicaid if the government would force down the cost of health care.
