__Carbon deal__

Oh, wow, President Obama has just negotiated another of his famous deals in which the U.S. gives up a lot and the other country gives up very little. Let's see, the U.S. is going to restrict their carbon emissions, costing U.S. businesses billions of dollars and costing U.S. workers thousands of jobs. In return China is "hopeful" that their carbon emissions will begin to decline after 2030. Really? He went all the way to China to do that? Is this a joke? Is this guy really the President of the United States?
