Thanks for the editorial expressing concern about sleep deprivation in kids. However, you left out a major causal culprit; namely, schools. We now have scientific data proving the natural sleep rhythms for young children and teens is different from that of adults and that young people could function much better if the school day didn't start so early. The chance of anything being done about it in this area is less than zero...
School start time
Thanks for the editorial expressing concern about sleep deprivation in kids. However, you left out a major causal culprit; namely, schools. We now have scientific data proving the natural sleep rhythms for young children and teens is different from that of adults and that young people could function much better if the school day didn't start so early. Jim Messina, a key figure in orchestrating Barack Obama's two-time election for president, is going to head a Hillary Clinton for President PAC. Jim Messina is a political genius and may even have the ability to get Hillary elected over a recently published Speak Out candidate for president, Sarah Palin.

Whoopee! In an in-your-face ruling, a federal judge struck down a Missouri legislative attempt to try and regulate those who want to help folks sign up under the Affordable Care Act (navigators) out of existence.

Deficit spending
We need more deficit spending to stimulate the economy further. Under President Obama, deficit spending has fallen way too quickly.
Solar panels
I would like to make a comment about the president's State of the Union address. People, remember, if he talks about green energy, solar panels on how good that is, just look right here in the city of Cape. They were going to do a few buildings, but guess what, they cost too much money. As the saying goes, don't grow broke going green.
Rising tide
"A rising tide raises all boats." President Kennedy said this regarding our economy. Mr. Obama and the Democrats would do well to think about this self-evident fact.
