The terrorists' tunneling and bunker systems for attacking Israel eerily remind me of some similar action on our own southern border. Yes, there are tunnels, incursions and assaults on our Border Patrol and law enforcement, not to mention terrorizing U.S. citizens. Although there has even been some Hezbollah sleeper-cell operatives captured crossing our border, most culprits have been millions of illegal immigrant invaders claiming to want work. Therefore, I am compelled to expand on my previous letter regarding America's sheriff, Joe Arpaio of Maricopa County, Arizona.

There is no need to go into detail here, other than direct you to Sheriff Arpaio's Web site, www.mcso.org, for some intriguing ideas. But I have written my U.S. senators and representative, urging them to conduct congressional inquiries into Sheriff Arpaio's unique methods, then adapting and modifying them into a system of tent cities along our southern border. If illegal invaders want to work, put them to work on our border-defense infrastructure. Then return them to their own countries, promising to double their work-camp tenancy if caught again. Hound your elected officials about defending our borders, even up here in Missouri.
