I'm stating this opinion upon a request from a person in Chicago. I recently had to go there for personal business, and when the party I was doing the business with found out I was from Cape Girardeau, he made the comment, "Home of Rush Limbaugh." I said, "That's right." He said, "You know, I went through there a couple of years ago, and I looked for a billboard of Rush and never saw one. When you get back, you should contact someone down there and let him or her know your city needs a billboard stating that it is the home of Rush Limbaugh." I may be wrong, but I thought there used to be one. I'm neither for nor against Rush Limbaugh, but I said I would pass the message along, which is what I'm doing.
