To all the Republicans in Missouri and other states: Is it not time to give Mr. Dole the credit he deserves? On television they said even the Republicans don't think the 15 percent tax cut can be done. Why not? As everybody knows, Mr. Clinton promised us a big tax cut. And what he did was raise taxes.

It is a shame that a single person has to pay almost $100 in taxes on two weeks' salary. If only $50 would be taken out, we would have more money to spend, and the government would get its share of taxes. It can be done.

But Mr. Clinton doesn't see it that way. He just likes to spend your hard-earned money. Pretty soon we won't have much to spend. Food prices are getting up.

Let's be honest, shall we? Mr. Clinton has promised us so much since he got in office. He has lied to us for the last four years. Now he is all over the country giving big speeches on what he will do for the country. More lies. And if Mr. Clinton is so very popular, why is he flying all over the country and giving speeches and more promises?

And why has he got barricades up on Pennsylvania Avenue? And was it necessary to come with Air Force One and Air Force Two to Cape Girardeau?

Some pro-life people had tickets and were not allowed to be at Capaha Park. Mr. Clinton doesn't like to see the truth.

So, folks, that is the way it is. And how did Mr. Clinton get into office? Because Mr. Bush had to raise taxes. We had at that time a Democratic Congress. And on the day of the elections, some TV or radio news stations declared Mr. Clinton a winner at 11 o'clock in the morning.

So, friends, that's the way it was. Wake up to less lies and more truth. And what about all the scandals in Arkansas? Mrs. McDougal is going to jail rather than speak the truth.
