To the editor:
I have decided to declare Washington, D.C., in a state of emergency. There was a wind that came through there and blew Clinton's pants right off of him. It was called Hurricane Monica, and it has cost us millions of dollars.
This is not a joke, people. We better start opening our eyes. They say Social Security may not be here down the road, but they keep taking it out of my husband's check.
Whatever happened to we the people of the United States? The president spends a million dollars a bomb, but then he is so proud of his welfare program. What the government spends on things it thinks is important could be used for us, and there would not be a poor person in our country.
I am sick and tired of our government saying we better plan for the future in case Social Security is not there. I am taking care of myself, so quit taking my money to spend on your crap.
