Sam Blackwell's Dec. 3 review of the Sheryl Crow concert in Cape Girardeau was right on the money. She is a super talent with a great personality who epitomizes everything that is right about music.

What I don't understand is why Missourians haven't embraced her for what she is: a superstar who brings nothing but class with her.

I don't mean you should be hounding her down, but any concert or benefit she does in Missouri should be standing room only. Personally, I'm glad this one wasn't, because it gave me an opportunity to meet some first-class people: Crow and her parents.

I saw your wall of fame down by the river, and Sheryl wasn't there. I don't know how you nominate someone for that wall, but Sheryl Crow should be on it. I hope you Missourians wake up and smell the roses.
