Let me tell you about caller ID. My mother was alone last January and could not breathe or talk. She called her neighbor who had caller ID. The neighbor recognized my mother's number and immediately went over to see about her. Did you ever think if you have caller ID a neighbor or coworker or your parents might call to give you bad news, and you might not return the call because you didn't recognize the number.

As far as complaining about silly questions, there is no such think as a silly question. It is the person who doesn't ask the question who is silly.

I know Johnston is busy with her job, but did she ever think that by answering someone else's questions, they might think she is courteous and buy a paper?
