LETTERS: LL THOSE RETIREMENTS RAISE SOME QUESTIONS

To the editor:

Wake up, my fellow Americans. Have you noticed how many of our elected officials have suddenly decided to retire from their very powerful congressional seats? Forty-plus, all claiming a need to spend more time with their families. Not too strange, really, when you consider a retiree will receive thousands of dollars in pensions. More resignations are expected, and not only from Congress.

One wonders: Are the billions of dollars found in some very secret Swiss bank accounts the cause of this run from Congress?
